Since April 15th, SCA is mandatory on the Lazard Frères Banque's BerlinGroup PDS2 Production API.
API is available to TPP at the base URL "https://api.psd2.lazardfreresbanque.fr " ( as described here ). It requires a Production PDS2 QWAC certificate.
